Instructions & Ordinance 52-2019

In accordance with the provisions of Ordinance #52-2019, a copy of which is linked below for information and reference purposes, all persons, organizations, corporations, associations, or other entities seeking permission to film in Hanover Township must obtain a permit signed by the Township Clerk before filming. Please complete and submit the following form to the Township Clerk at least seven (7) business days prior to filming.

Upon submitting your application, you will receive an automatic e-mail acknowledgment confirming receipt of your request. A determination of whether or not the Township can issue a permit to allow the filming will follow as soon as possible thereafter. Failure to meet all applicable requirements of Ordinance #52-2019 prior to the start of filming may result in the withdrawal of preliminary conditional approval and/or revocation of a permit issued.
