The Township has requested that River Park Business Center, LLC conduct a public information meeting on Monday, May 10, 2021, at 5:00 pm regarding the initial site preparation for the development of the property at 34 Eden Lane, known as the River park property, and proposed process of dynamic compaction to improve the soil structural characteristics.
River Park Business Center, LLC received Planning Board approval on February 16, 2021, for the construction of a four-story, 81-unit multi-family residential apartment building on property located at 34 Eden Lane, designated as Block 3801 Lot 2 on the Township’s Tax Map.
The focus of the meeting will be to answer any questions the public may have regarding the dynamic compaction process. Speakers from the development will be present to provide information regarding the process and answers any questions.
