Planning Board

The Planning Board is responsible for a) adopting and amending the master plan, b) deciding requests for approval of site plans and subdivisions, and associated variances from the zoning regulations that are not within the Board of Adjustment’s jurisdiction, c) reviewing informal concept plans, d) reviewing and advising the Township Committee concerning zoning and other development ordinances, e) providing other advice to the Township Committee concerning land use and development.
