Township of Hanover 2023 Summer Concert Series

Hanover Township Recreation’s annual Summer Music Under the Stars Concert Series kicks off early with a pool side performance by local favorites, Parrot Beach. The Jimmy Buffet-style island music performance is scheduled to perform at the Bee Meadow Pool on Friday, June 16 from 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This concert is sponsored by Preferred Business Systems and Everlast Floors.

The concert is open to Hanover Township residents and Bee Meadow Pool members and their guests. There is a $5 per person fee and registration is available via Community Pass or in person at the Hanover Township Recreation Department. Swimming will be permitted and the concession stand, operated this year by Mimi’s Too, will be open.

The Hanover Township Patriotic Celebration with fireworks is scheduled for Friday, June 30 at the Municipal Complex on North Jefferson Road in Whippany. Activities begin at 6:00 p.m. with food trucks, games, face painting and inflatables available for family fun. There will be a dee jay playing dance favorites. The concert features, Band of Gold and begins at 7:30 p.m. Fireworks follow at approximately 9:15 p.m. This concert is sponsored by Wegmans.
