Members of the public will be muted during the meeting, but may speak during the designated public comment portion by pressing 9 (telephone) or the “raise hand” icon (Zoom.app), and waiting to be recognized by the host, who will unmute individuals to speak and mute them afterward. Please note that while muted, the public will still be able to hear the Health Department conduct business. Written public comments may be submitted by email to DHertzig@hanovertownship.com or by mail to the Health Officer, 1000 Route 10, Whippany, NJ 07981. Written public comments must include the individual’s name, full address and contact information, and identify the meeting they are intended for. Written public comments must be received no later than 1 p.m. on the meeting date and will be read into the record at the end of the public comment portion. There is a five-minute time limit on all public comments.
