SMCMUA customers are requested to submit all water quality, pressure or any other inquires directly to SMCMUA’s Customer Service Division either by email at  customerservice@smcmua.org or by phone at 973-326-6880.   Emergencies should always be reported first by making a direct phone call to speak with a live representative.  In addition, customers are provided with a direct link to SMCMUA’s website on the home page of the Hanover Township website, an image of the link is shown below.



SMCMUA is in compliance with all primary, enforceable, drinking water standards and will publish the 2016 Annual Water Quality Report on June 1st, 2017.  The annual report will be posted on SMCMUA’s website under the “Water Quality” tab and is also available in hard copy format by contacting Customer Service.
