Sewer bills were mailed out Wednesday, January 13, 2021.
The first quarter is due February 1, 2021, with a 30 day grace period. If payment is received within this timeframe interest will be waived on current charges.
We suggest you pay by mail or on-line.
If you still wish to pay in person, payments can be made in the dropbox in the outer lobby of the Municipal Building. Municipal Building hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Fridays. The Municipal Building is closed on January 18 and February 15, 2021.
You cannot pay in person at either the Finance Office or HSA Office.
Requests for billing adjustments must be submitted in writing
If you believe your bill was computed incorrectly, either as a result of incorrect water consumption data, the use of an incorrect water account number, or the estimated amount, you should make the first quarter payment when due and submit a request for an adjustment in writing. Requests can be submitted by mail, email to HSAINFO@hanovertownship.com, or dropbox. If your request involves your water account number, you should include a copy of your water bill showing the account number. If your request involves consumption used to calculate your bill, please include a summary of water bills or copies of your water bills from the last five (5) quarters. If, in fact, an error was made in computing your bill, charges for the second, third, and fourth quarter will be adjusted.
DO NOT VISIT TOWN HALL IN PERSON, FOR YOUR SAFETY AS WELL AS OURS.
HSA STAFF WILL NOT MEET WITH ANYONE IN PERSON.
