News and Announcements

The regularly scheduled sanitation collection for Tuesday, January 27, 2015 has been postponed to Friday, January 30, 2015.  As of this writing, the regularly scheduled Wednesday and Thursday sanitation collections will take place on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 and Thursday, January 29, 2015.  Any change due to the severity of the weather will be posted on the web site.

The Board of Adjustment meeting scheduled for Tuesday, February 3rd has been cancelled.  The applicant originally scheduled to be heard that evening (Leone) has been moved to the meeting of February 19th.  The applicants professionals were not available for the meeting of the 3rd.

Planning Board Agenda for Meeting, Tuesday, January 27, 2015

The Township Committee of the Township of Hanover will hold its Year 2015 Current Fund and Capital Fund Budget Work Session on Saturday, February 7, 2015. The meeting will convene in Conference Room “A”, the large conference room directly behind the Main Meeting Room, located at the Municipal Building, 1000 Route 10 in Whippany. The session will start at 8:30 a.m. promptly. No formal action will be taken by the governing body during this budget work session. The budget work session is open to the public. However, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 10:4-12 portions of the meeting may be closed to the public to discuss issues including but not limited to personnel, contract negotiations and the purchase of property with public funds.
